     Fusion Petroleum Technologies Inc. and Renegade Geophysics, LLC announced today that the two companies have formed a strategic alliance in seismic data processing. The alliance will allow Fusion and Renegade to provide their clients with an integrated processing, time imaging and seismic analysis stream that will address the most difficult challenges found in land and marine ocean-bottom cable (OBC) data. Under the terms of the alliance agreement, Renegade will establish its processing services operation under the name Renegade Geo-Services at Fusion's office in the Woodlands, Texas, and the two companies will coordinate marketing of Renegade software and services along with Fusion's current service and software offerings. Mr. Bob Choate, formerly of Seitel-Matrix Solutions has been named Vice-President Data Processing for Renegade Geo-Services. The two companies will also cooperate in future development and integration of their leading-edge processing and analysis tools to take advantage of the combined knowledge and expertise of both companies.
